Councils And Cars
The new freedom of information act has helped the public to know just where all of their money is actually going and it would seem that the newest form of treachery comes from local councils wasting tax payers money on cars and transportation.
Well surprise, surprise it would seem that people are spending way too much money on the cars that they send out their council members and mayors on. To be honest with you, I am not surprised to hear this information and it is another low blow to everyone in the country that pays their taxes, most members of the council have their own cars, why not use them for goodness sake?
No one actually cares what kind of car people like this turn up in, who exactly do they think they are!. I will make a point to say that there are not many people out there that give a damn about the mayor of their town. Councils seems to be getting worse than the governments nowadays and they are simply pocketing people’s money or wasting it on things like this and it needs to be stopped!
So where are these costs coming from? A lot of these people are actually booking cars like the Jaguar, yes I am serious, do they really think people are going to like this?. Surely if this money was spent on decent things like restoring potholes and making the towns look a lot better it would be money well spent. You would have thought that considering the country is in such debt that they would look at making savings, clearly not.
Next you will find them spending money on car accessories like satellite navigation and reverse parking sensors.
In the end the decision is up to you on what you think is right and wrong, you certainly know how I feel.
