I really dont know wether i need an amp for my car as im unsure if the In Phase IPS 920SD CD / MP3 / SD / USB Player can power

No you don’t need amp, on the link you provided it states your deck has 60Wx4 so that would mean 15W to each of the four speakers.
You could use some crossovers passive or electronic or just turn the bass setting down on the deck…
