Does this muffler sound good? and is it very easy/cheap to install?

I have a 1996 Ford Mustang V6, my muffler is very stock and i had to get cherry bomb exhaust taken out to pass emissions, will this just fit right over my muffler i have now or how does it work? also does this one sound good for a mustang?

dont waste your money on that. buy a decent one from a brand name company( magnaflow, flowmaster…) they are more expensive but dont sound like foreign junk and well worth the money
