hooking up phone music to car stereo?
I have a 2006 Volvo s40 with the bluetooth accessory. Now seeing as how i can hook up calls to the cars stereo no problem with the bluetooth. is there any way i can get the bluetooth to transmit the music from to my phone to the stereo? and if not is there a device i can buy for my T mobile G1 so i can play music?
for bluetooth audio you need to do some searching for A2DP. that is the protocol that both your phone and stereo must support for this to work. If 1 or both don’t, then you could get a stero head phone to RF transmitter and play it from your phone to the radio if you tune to a station on theradio, but this usually doesnt sound as good.
