1995 Chevy Cavalier: I just replaced starter and ignition switch.?
Car starts and runs fine but, when the key is off, accessories like radio and wipers still run. Anyone have an idea what is wrong?
the ignition switch may need to be adjusted,some of them have a small amount of adjustment on the bottom where they mount on the steering column and that will cause what its doing,other wise you could have got a bad switch, i have replaced those before and had more problems than i started out with,buying new now doesn’t mean much, you can buy a brand new part and it be bad,check and make sure its on right and is adjusted that will cause that too happen,good luck with it.
