how do I cure a spending/impulse problem?
In one week I have almost bought a brand new car $200+ car insurance when I’m already on my parents bill and paying next to nothing for it I bought my mom a ipdo nano for mothers day with three accessories whihc cost me the better part of $200 and I bought guitar hero 3 all with a new credit card. I also got a gas card when I am perfectly capable of paying with cash. I also own over 100 tops alone and almost 30 pairs of jeans. There is so much stuff in my room and I always fel guilty when I shop and I try to hide my purchases and I lie about how much I spent. Two days ago I cme home with a baby bunny without even talking to my pareentsb or stopping to think about it. I need help can anyone help me please??
A psychiatrist may be able to help you. At least you recognize that you have a serious problem. The first step is to cut your credit cards in half. the second step is not to carry more than about $10-20 in your purse when you go out.
